Baby Squirrel Leaping off the Bird Feeder

T'was raining. From indoors, saw a squirrel on the bird feeder. I tapped the window and the squirrel leaped about five feet to the tree, and scared the birds away ☺

The branches are brown and bare, and the chipmunk and squirrels are out

The stillness of the Carolinian forest was broken by the sound of this giant woodpecker (about half a mile away)
