Replacing the strap on the rugged Seiko SKX 173

Replacing the strap on the rugged Seiko SKX 173 divers watch.
(I'm not a diver )

Polyurethane straps tend to crack and break after a lot of use, unlike stainless steel straps

This is my second Seiko which is probably 20 years old.
The previous one took a beating during my camping days ...

... and I eventually gave it to a friend who loved it, and wanted it

Because it has a self-winding movement, I've got to wear it for a few minutes to wind it up.

Testing time accuracy along with my present watch,
an Omega (which is no longer manufactured)

Which watch tells you the time?
