#Cooking 2 reasons why I use #vinegar in my curries ☺


1 - It's very good for health (for the heart . It's the one thing on doctors lists that you can have enough of, if you want to reduce bad cholesterol ) and
2 - It's easy to clean the pot in which I cooked the curry! (think of the grease and oil in the pot as cholesterol if you want to understand 1)

Did you know that when Jesus was dying on the cross and HE said "I am thirsty", he was given vinegar, before HE said "It is finished" ?
