Without being asked to, there is one place thousands of people go to voluntarily, on a holiday, around the world, to perform the hardest job, that they won't get paid for. And they all share the same interest

The meat is cooked with cumin powder, red chilly powder, turmeric, garlic, ginger, green chilly, onions, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, vinegar and salt before adding the potato, onions and curry leaves
