Because it's bitter doesn't mean it's not good

Cooking hot and sweet bitter gourd


After washing and removing the seeds, 
marinated for about two hours,with cumin, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt, 
and fried


Added fried onions, fried fresh coconut slices, tomato and a little brown sugar


Bitter gourd is good!
The bitter, the better!
