Cooking peas with brown mushrooms and paneer.


Cut into cubes and fry the paneer lightly in a little oil, and set aside

(No one can help eating a few of these ... so I have to keep them away!)


Wash and slice the mushrooms



Fry onions, dried red chillies and cinnamon
Add garlic and ginger paste, fry till light brown, add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin, a little coriander powder, ...
then add tomato



Add peas
(these are frozen peas... what did you expect, this is Canada)



Add mushrooms


Add paneer.
I also added a little coconut milk!



Here are the two dishes.
