#Cuisine Stir Frying Shiitake Mushrooms with Cashews


In addition to onions, garlic and ginger shown above, I added turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder and salt




                                                                        Shii+take=Shiitake
Shii is the name of the tree on which the mushrooms grow, and take means mushroom
