If there is one thing I don't enjoy cooking, it is vegetables ☺
But they say Cauliflower is good, so here are the ingredients - cumin seeds, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry red chilly, green chilly, an onion, ginger, salt and cauliflower
Fry the onions in a little oil till they look like this ...
Add the red, green chillies, and the ginger ...
Stir for about thirty five seconds, and add the cauliflower, then the cumin seeds, Kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric and salt
Cook with the pan shut for about ninety seconds ... open, stir well, add about three tablespoons of water to ensure that nothing sticks to the pan
Now cook without the lid till done. Do not overcook because it will not only ruin the taste and texture, but the good cancer fighting compounds in cauliflower (like sulforaphane etc.) will be destroyed
