Stir-frying Vegetables

There are so many different ways to cook tasty vegetables. 
And there's so many different vegetables that can be cooked the same way, like these below!


Wash vegetables well, then cut - (never the other way round, ask me why ...)

Heat a pan, add oil, add a tablespoonful of black mustard seeds and when they begin to pop, 
add a chopped onion and a broken dried red chilli, 
stir-fry, 
when slightly brown, add the vegetable you want to cook (3 examples below), 
add a teaspoonful of turmeric powder, cumin powder and a little salt. 
Stir-fry till done!
