#Cooking #Cuisine Kabab or kebab, call it what you may, I'm #grilling them :-)

Mix ground beef with very finely chopped red onions, green chillies, ginger, and a little salt
 
 
 
Spread a little oil on the metal skewers, and press the meat firmly as shown above, and grill till done


Invite friends over, and have a peaceful weekend!
